The Baldwin Wallace University Rural Health Scholars Program supports students who feel called to make a difference in rural communities across Ohio. Backed by the Choose Ohio First (COF) initiative, this program helps you build a meaningful career in the health sciences while receiving financial support, hands‑on experience, and a close‑knit community of peers and mentors.

Choose Ohio First Scholarship

The Choose Ohio First Scholarship (COF) is designed to significantly strengthen Ohio's competitiveness within science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines, as well as STEM education and healthcare fields.

Receive annual, renewable Choose Ohio First scholarships of up to $6,500, available to undergraduate, transfer, post‑baccalaureate, and graduate students in eligible majors.
