Welcome to the Baldwin Wallace community. This page provides instructions on pre-enrollment requirements you must meet prior to beginning your program.
- Contact your BW Advisor
-
The BW Department of Education has advisors who are dedicated to your success and who will help answer your questions as you first enroll and throughout your program.
MAEd (already licensed teachers) - To schedule an advising appointment or discuss registration, contact Gail Habig at (440) 826-6534 or ghabig@bw.edu.
Initial licensure and initial license + masters students - To schedule an initial advising or registration meeting, please contact Shawn Straub in the Department of Education at (440) 826-2168 or sstraub@bw.edu.
MAEd in mathematics and science teaching - To schedule an initial advising/registration meeting, please contact Robert Wilson in the Department of Education at (440) 826-2166 or rwilson@bw.edu.
- Set up your BW network account
-
The BW network access gives you access to BW email, Canvas and lots of online resources you’ll use as a member of the BW community.
To set up your BW network account, go to myaccount.bw.edu and confirm your identity. You will need your BW student ID number, which is printed on your letter of admission.
If you need help with your student ID, contact the office of admission at (440) 826-8012 or graduate@bw.edu
Once you answer the identity questions, you will receive a username and password and your BW email will be displayed.
- Request Financial Support
-
If you’ve not done so already, your first step is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Since you already have a bachelor's degree, financial aid is limited to Federal Direct Loans and GradPlus Loans. Grant assistance from federal and state governments and BW are not available for degreed/graduate students.
- Submit your FAFSA to apply for financial aid.
- BW's federal code number for FAFSA is 003014.
- Complete the FAFSA and any other forms requested by the financial aid office promptly to avoid any delays in receiving financial assistance.
- We’re here to help. Contact a financial aid counselor through the One Stop to explore financing options and determine the best ways to manage your tuition payments.
- Connect with BW
