Dr. Silvia Perez-Protto is an anesthesiologist and intensivist originally from Uruguay, South America. Currently, Silvia is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the Cleveland Clinic Learner College of Medicine. She practices as an intensivist at the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and is the Medical Director of the End of Life Center at the Office of Safety, Quality and Patient Experience. As an experienced physician and alumna of Baldwin Wallace's Healthcare MBA program, Silvia provides her perspective on how the program equipped her to navigate the changing healthcare landscape.

Bryan Fredericks is a seasoned healthcare executive with vast experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. After beginning his career as a cardiothoracic surgery physician assistant, he held executive leadership positions at several large healthcare systems. Most recently, he started his own consulting business and currently serves as the Director of the Healthcare Management programs at Baldwin Wallace. Drawing from his vast experience in healthcare, Bryan discusses some of the most pressing issues hospitals and physicians face today and how the Healthcare MBA program sets students up for success.

Thomas Campanella has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry- specifically, with the health insurance, physician and hospital sectors. Thomas served as former vice president of healthcare finance and care management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio/Medical Mutual of Ohio and most recently as the Healthcare Executive-in-Residence at Baldwin Wallace. As an early founder of the Healthcare MBA program, Thomas sheds light on how the program is designed to evolve as the healthcare landscape evolves.
