2024-25 FAFSA Update

Notice: Despite changes to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the resulting delays by the U.S. Department of Education, the FAFSA form is now available and BW is now packaging financial aid! Aid packages will appear on a student's self-service (My Records) portal.

File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and include BW as one of your school selections. BW's school code is 003014.
Following your admission to BW (contact the BW Admission Office for additional information), BW will send you a financial aid offer letter and packet of information. An online version is available as well in My Records.
Review your offer letter for accuracy, review your proposed living arrangements, your estimated aid eligibility, and your remaining family responsibility. If your family has experienced a financial hardship that is not reflected in the information reported on the FAFSA, you may complete the special circumstance review request on our website.
Submit requested documentation. You will be notified via postal mail, BW email and the MyRecords portal of required documentation needed to provide you with your aid.
Complete necessary next steps for your family's remaining financial responsibility:
1. Sign student direct loans.
2. Sign up for a BW payment plan.
3. Decide if a Parent PLUS loan or private education loan are right for your family.
