Biggest mistake as a first-year student? What did you learn? Getting involved all at once. I wasn't ready to handle all the commitments I made for myself. I learned early on to pick a few things I was passionate about and stick with them.

How did you choose your major? I realized that Public Relations was a combination of what I was good at and what I found interesting. It was something that played to my strengths but I still had so much to learn.

What has been your best experience at BW? It wasn't just one experience in particular, but finding the people that made me feel at home here definitely is an experience that I am most grateful for.

Favorite spot on campus? I love doing homework on West Lawn when it's nice outside, and of course the Cyber Cafe.

What is the one thing you want the incoming students to know as they get ready for their summer orientation experience? That it can be intimidating at first, but if you let yourself live in the moment and be open to new people and experiences then you'll have the time of your life. It's all about mentality.
