Issues or questions about making your full payment on time?
If full payment cannot be made by the first due date, the student should enroll in the BW monthly payment plan. This plan allows the student's current semester balance to be paid monthly over the duration of the semester. Enroll in the payment plan through the BW Payment Portal. See below for more details.
A monthly finance charge will be added to any account balance remaining after the first week of classes unless enrolled in the formal BW monthly payment plan. If there is a balance due, a 5% APR finance charge (0.417% per month) will be added until the amount decreases to zero or below as a result of additional credit/payments received.

- Frequently Asked Questions About the Billing Statement
-
Q: Does BW offer a payment plan option?
A: Yes. BW offers a payment plan option that allows students and families to spread the current semester balance into monthly payments over the duration of the semester. Enrollment fee is $35/semester. The payment plan does not automatically renew and students must re-enroll each semester they wish to be on the payment plan. Authorized Users > (students can designate parents or guardians as authorized users in the Payment Portal)Q: What are the "anticipated credits" listed on my statement?
A: Anticipated credits represent financial aid amounts for which you have been offered but should post. Most likely, these credits will credit/post to your billing account by the first week of the term/semester. If they do not transfer from the anticipated area by the end of the first week, you or your parent may need to contact a financial aid specialist in the One Stop to complete further requirements.Q: My Pell Grant, Federal Direct Student Loan, and/or PLUS Loan isn’t showing up on this billing statement. Why?
A: Due to federal aid requirements, federal financial aid can’t be credited to your student billing account until the week prior to the start of classes. If the anticipated credits do not appear during the first week of classes, contact a financial aid specialist in the One Stop.Q: I received an outside scholarship, but I do not see it credited on the billing statement?
A: BW must receive the check from your scholarship benefactor before the scholarship funds can be credited to your BW billing account. Contact the One Stop with questions.Q: I have federal work-study listed on my offer. How do I find a job?
A: Contact the student employment center at secmail@bw.edu or visit the student employment center in Jacket Connect. - Provide Parent/Guardian Authorization on BW Payment Portal
