Student Employment Opportunities

Baldwin Wallace University student positions are open to all full-time undergraduate students both with and without federal work-study eligibility. Priority hiring is given to federal work-study eligible students during the first four weeks of the academic year.

Students may work up to 10 hours per week total, regardless of how many jobs they have on campus.

Student positions are posted in JobX. Incoming new students will have accounts created in JobX in the beginning of August. Student positions are competitive, and you will need a resume to apply for any position.

Once a student has been offered a position through JobX, students will receive an email with the link to complete all the required employment forms. Once all five forms are completed online in JobX, students will also be required to present their proper forms of ID to verify their employment eligibility.

Student Eligibility for Employment

Federal work-study is a funded Title IV program. As such, the purpose of the program is to provide part-time employment opportunities to full-time undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need to assist them in the pursuit of a college education. In addition, student employment can provide an opportunity to learn time and money management, develop, and refine career readiness skills and pursue future career interests.

W-2 and Paycheck Stubs

Student employees access their W-2 forms and paystubs online at ADP iPay.
