Volunteer

Thank you for taking an interest in supporting Baldwin Wallace University with your time, talent and passion. Explore the following ways you can stay involved with BW.

Volunteer with an Alumni Organization

Many alumni are active volunteers in a variety of organizations on campus and beyond. Each organization offers a unique set of volunteer opportunities around shared BW experiences and interests to support today's students. Some examples of organization activities include coordinating fundraising and professional development events, conducting mock interviews with students, and selecting recipients of annual alumni awards and student scholarships.

Organizations meet regularly throughout the year — on campus, via Zoom, or in hybrid format to include volunteers regardless of location. Learn more about BW's alumni organizations and how to get involved.

Refer a Student

Refer a high school-age student from your circle of family, friends and co-workers. Once connected with the Office of Admission, prospective students and their families will be kept informed of special opportunities to get to know the BW community.

Serve as a Golden Reunion Ambassador

Each year, BW's 50th reunion celebration is driven by the efforts and enthusiasm of Golden Reunion Ambassadors, alumni volunteers who assist in promoting their celebration to classmates. Reunion Ambassadors are guided by the Center for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement and provided with directory information and other resources to contact classmates in the six months leading up to the reunion. For more information, contact (440) 826-2104 or email bwalumni@bw.edu.
