BW Handshake is a web-based platform with 24/7 access to job and internship opportunities, career related events, and relevant resources based on a student's career goals. Handshake is the largest early talent recruiting platform connecting employers, talent, and colleges and universities in one place and currently includes over 420,000 employers. Through Handshake, BW students indicate their career interests and preferences and the system personalizes relevant content to each student's account. This helps students easily find internships and jobs, upcoming events, career-related resources and more. Students can join Handshake as early as August 1 prior to their first-year.
