Spring Orientation
Spring orientation on Friday, January 9, 2026, is designed to help new students transition successfully to Baldwin Wallace.
Orientation is an important first step in your BW experience! It offers helpful information about college life, as well as the opportunity to meet other students, faculty and staff. Whether you are a recent high school graduate or transferring to Baldwin Wallace, orientation is designed to welcome you to the BW community.
Orientation Day: Friday, January 9, 2026
New Resident Key Pick-Up
New students living on campus can pick up their room key from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. from the Office of Residence Life and Housing in Bonds Hall at 275 Front St. in Berea. (See map for location.)
Orientation Check-In
The one-day orientation session begins with check-in from 12:30-1 p.m. in the Knowlton Center at 370 Front St. in Berea. (See map for location.)
