Baldwin Wallace University issues one diploma to each graduate. As a graduate of the University, you may purchase a diploma to replace one that has been lost or damaged. You may also purchase a duplicate for your home and/or office. The replacement/duplicate diploma will be printed with the original diploma name, unless an official name change has been completed, and will bear the date the degree was awarded. The signatures of University officers may not be the same as those on the original diploma. Diplomas are reissued in the current format and bear the signatures of current University officers.
Students that completed a certificate program may also order a replacement certificate. This includes certificates in which Baldwin Wallace University has credentialed on your official transcript. Please note, certificates earned through the Professional Development area, at BW, cannot be re-issued using this service.
