BW honors staff for outstanding contributions

They're motivators, leaders, team-players and strategic planners — BW staff bring talent, innovation and hard work to their roles. They enhance the student experience daily in important and lasting ways.

And while not every role can be recognized individually, BW awards two recognitions in December that reflect staff excellence in modeling the university's mission and values and dedication to strengthening the campus community.

Administrative Award for Leadership

This award honors an individual who demonstrates proactive, empowering leadership that advances the university's goals and contributes to the success of the community and institution.
