2026 Healthcare Summit Sponsorship Opportunities
Partner with Baldwin Wallace University to support the 2026 Healthcare Summit, advancing education, dialogue, and student engagement in healthcare.
The Healthcare Summit at Baldwin Wallace University is an academic and industry-facing forum designed to foster candid, substantive dialogue about the current state of the economy and healthcare landscape. Through expert panel discussions and moderated conversations, the Summit brings together leaders from healthcare systems, insurance, policy, finance, and business to examine pressing challenges and emerging opportunities.
The Summit is intentionally educational. Programming is designed to be honest, balanced, and thought-provoking — providing attendees with meaningful insights rather than promotional messaging.
Our Commitment to Academic Integrity
To preserve the integrity and credibility of the Summit:
- Sponsors have no influence over panel selection, speaker invitations, discussion topics, or content.
- Corporate logos will not appear during live panel discussions.
- Sponsorship recognition will occur in designated pre- and post-event materials, lobby signage, and marketing collateral.
- Baldwin Wallace University retains full editorial independence over all programming.
Purpose of Sponsorship
Sponsorship support is used to underwrite:
- Event production and audiovisual services
- Venue and hospitality expenses
- Marketing and communications
- Printed and digital materials
- Student access and participation
Any sponsorship funds in excess of direct event expenses may be treated as a charitable contribution to support future educational programming within the School of Business.
Engagement & Networking
The Healthcare Summit is designed to convene professionals, executives, faculty, and students for meaningful engagement. Sponsors are welcome to:
- Participate in networking sessions
- Host a designated table in the lobby or reception area
- Engage attendees who voluntarily opt in to share their contact information
Due to FERPA regulations and university policy, attendee contact information cannot be shared. However, we are pleased to facilitate an opt-in mechanism allowing attendees to connect directly with sponsors if they choose.
