What makes BW distinctive for me? BW is a small liberal arts university and a hidden treasure in the Midwest. Our excellent location, four-year graduation guarantee, abundance of experiential learning and internship opportunities and renowned Conservatory of Performing Arts are just a few of the features that make BW unique. Students benefit both educationally and personally by being part of a caring and compassionate community that helps them be the best they can be - in and out of the classroom. Come visit campus to see for yourself!

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland? BW provides the winning combination of a small town (Berea) partnered with a major city (Cleveland) just minutes away! Berea and Cleveland have so much to offer culturally, socially and educationally, and there's a great mix of traditional and trendy restaurants. I love the food in both towns! Cleveland is also home to the NBA champs, the Cavs! With so much to do and see, there is something for everyone.

Where would I still like to visit that I haven't already? Sydney, Australia. It's on the bucket list!

What am I currently reading in my spare time? Honestly, cooking magazines! That is about all I have time for now!

What song can't I get out of my head right now? Thomas Rhett's "Die a Happy Man"

My message to prospective students thinking about the value of college and BW: The opportunity to go to college is a wonderful gift you give to yourself. It is an investment in you and your future. BW is a place that values each student and challenges them to be the best they can be both in and out of the classroom. The personal and professional growth that happens for each student in four years is astounding. As a parent of a current BW student, I can personally attest to this. The financial investment is worth it. Your BW education lasts a lifetime!
