Overview

The initial licensure program is designed for adults who have earned a bachelor's or advanced degree and now want to become a licensed teacher through the state of Ohio without completing a second bachelor's or master's degree. The initial licensure program is undergraduate coursework only and does not grant admission to the master's program.

Baldwin Wallace University also offers a license+master’s program for adults who are seeking an initial teaching license and also wish to earn the master of arts in education degree.
