Master of Public Health – Admission

Admission to this graduate program is selective. The admission committee carefully reviews the academic preparation and achievements of each candidate for admission. Applicants who earned their degree in the United States must have attended regionally accredited colleges or universities. Candidates with degrees earned from foreign institutions must have their academic transcripts translated and verified by World Education Services (WES) as part of the application process.

Competitive candidates for admission will have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in all college and graduate work.

Recommended Prerequisites

While students in the MPH program have completed degrees in a many disciplines and been employed in a wide range of careers, the MPH programs recommends that candidates should have taken some coursework in social and behavioral sciences, human biology and math or statistics.
