The panel will predict how the economy will affected by recent developments such as the Israeli-Palestinian War, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), changes to laws and regulations, and the imminent 2024 election.

Michael Patrick Weidokal '94
Executive Director, International Strategic Analysis (ISA)
Michael Weidokal is an internationally recognized economic and geopolitical forecaster who helps business leaders, policymakers and the wider public understand the issues and trends impacting the world today and will shape the world in years to come.
Weidokal is the executive director and founder of International Strategic Analysis (ISA), a leading provider of economic forecasting, international market intelligence and geopolitical analysis with clients all around the globe. He is also the Executive in Residence at the BW Carmel Boyer School of Business.
Kevin T. Jacques, Ph.D.
Boyton D. Murch Chair in Finance, Baldwin Wallace University
Before joining the faculty at BW, Dr. Jacques spent 14 years as an economist with the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. Most recently, he was a senior financial economist advising Treasury officials and members of the George W. Bush Administration on policy issues regarding the U.S. banking and financial system.
A nationally recognized expert on banking, economic and financial policy, Dr. Jacques' commentaries have received hundreds of media citations, including PBS television, NPR's Marketplace and Marketplace Morning Edition, Bloomberg Financial News, Associated Press, Politico and U.S. News and World Report, among others.
William "Bill" Koehler
CEO, Team NEO
Koehler's voice in the economic development community helps align the services of Team NEO with the needs of the region. Under his leadership, Team NEO is working to improve the performance of Northeast Ohio's economic development system with the support of its many partners.
Prior to joining Team NEO, he served as president of Key Community Bank, where he led 9,000 employees across 14 states. During his baking career, Koehler worked with private and public middle-market companies. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University's Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
