The computer science major utilizes a generalist approach that combines theoretical study in computer science and mathematics with applications in software development, database systems, and systems design. The major provides a solid foundation that can lead to careers in business and industry or success in graduate school.
Engaging
Learning is dynamic when it includes theory and hands-on application. You'll focus on mechanics as well as managerial practices of projects as you utilize creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create solutions for PC, web, and mobile platforms.

Internships, field experiences, independent study projects, undergraduate research experiences, and student organizations offer real-world learning and resume-enhancing opportunities.
Flexible
We offer you the option of earning a bachelor's degree or following a 3/2 program. The 3/2 program allows you to accelerate your studies and earn both a bachelor's and an M.B.A. degree in five years.
