Social and Cultural Programs

Global Friends Hour
Global Friends Hour is an opportunity for international students to come together with other students, faculty and staff to discuss international topics, cultures and much more.

Group Outings
The international student ambassadors take international students to various destinations in the Cleveland area, allowing students to learn about local cultures and customs. Outings have included trips to Amish Country, Cedar Point, Niagara Falls, the Christmas Story House, the Chalet in the Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Great Lakes Science Center and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Culture Night
Over 500 guests gather together for International Student Service’s annual night of cultural celebration. Culture Night is an exciting night of celebrating cultures from around the world.
