Jazz Ensemble

The BW Jazz Ensemble invites you celebrate the rich tradition and vibrant future of jazz.

Featuring a dynamic program spanning from classic to contemporary big band works, the ensemble brings together student musicians for a night of energy, artistry and collaboration.

The concert will highlight works inspired by legends such as Count Basie, alongside modern composers such as Bob Mintzer and Toshiko Akiyoshi.

Expect powerful horn sections, driving rhythms, expressive improvisation and standout solo performances that showcase the creativity and skill of our students.

The event is free and open to the public.
