Secure Your Enrollment in the Physician Assistant Program

All new PA students must complete the following steps to secure their enrollment in this selective degree program. Payments are nonrefundable and will be applied directly to your first semester tuition in the PA program.

Set Up Your BW Network Account (Access Your Username)

The BW network gives you access to BW email, Canvas and online resources you'll use as a graduate student and member of the BW community.

In order to gain access to your BW network credentials and set your password, please log into your BW admitted student portal. Instructions on accessing this portal were provided in the email with the following subject line: An update to your Baldwin Wallace University application. Please note that you will need the mobile number you detailed in your application to take next steps in setting up your BW account.

May 2026 New Students: Pay Your $1500 New Student Deposit

All admitted students must pay their $500 new student deposit no later than two weeks after their admission date. An additional $1,000 tuition deposit is due by February 1, 2026 to confirm their seat in the class beginning summer 2026. These payments are nonrefundable.

In the BW Payment Portal, follow these steps to make your payment:

Select DEPOSITS in the top menu
Select your TERM, choose SUMMER 2026
From the SELECT A DEPOSIT dropdown, choose PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT 1500
Complete the steps in Payment Portal using your preferred method of payment

May 2027 New Students: Pay Your $500 New Student Deposit

All admitted PA students who have been offered deferred enrollment for the cohort beginning May 2027 must pay an initial tuition deposit of $500 to confirm their enrollment as indicated by the PA faculty member in your congratulations call. To continue to hold the student’s seat in the May 2027 cohort, a second $500 payment is due by June 15, 2026 and a third $500 payment is due September 15, 2026 (totaling $1,500).
