One bedroom, campus apartments are available on a limited basis for graduate and post-baccalaureate students. Hamilton House is located on Front Street, directly across the street from BW's north campus. Flexibility with 9-month or 12-month leases provide convenience for graduate/post-bacc students.

Apartment Features
- Partially furnished units. Bedroom and dining room furnishings are provided (must remain in the apartment).
- All utilities included - electricity, heating, and cable/internet.
- Free laundry facilities.
- Easy walk to campus program buildings.
- On-site parking (available, but limited).
Rental Agreement
For convenience, 9-month and 12-month leases are available to graduate/post-bacc students.
2024-25 Rates & Contract
Fall and Spring Lease
Cost per semester: $3,000 for a single-occupant unit
12-Month Lease
Cost per year: $9,000 for a single-occupant unit

Occupancy
Units are available as early as June 15, 2024. Exceptions to this date may be granted to students whose programs begin in May. Contact Residence Life and Housing at (440) 826-2114 or reslife@bw.edu to request an earlier date.
Housing Application
In order to complete an application for graduate housing, the student(s) must have been accepted to BW and have their university email address. A completed application is required to secure the unit.
