Congratulations and welcome to the Baldwin Wallace University community. The next step is to complete a few follow-up tasks that will ensure you're on track to start college at BW.
- Set Up Your BW Network Account (retrieve your username)
-
As soon as you have been admitted to BW, your BW username and email account are created. Your username grants you access to new and continuing updates regarding any registration and financial information that is sent exclusively to your BW email.
To retrieve your BW Network Account, go to myaccount.bw.edu and confirm your identity using your BW student ID. Your student ID is on the admission letter found in the application portal or in the duplicate letter that the office of admission mailed to your home.
Your BW username and email address will be displayed after completing this form.

- Complete your FAFSA. The first step to apply for financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The application is available October 1, 2021 (for fall 2022 start). Eligibility for financial aid is determined annually based on information contained in the FAFSA.
* BW's federal code number for FAFSA is 003014. - Complete any other forms requested by the financial aid office promptly to avoid any delays in receiving financial assistance.
- Complete your enrollment worksheet for independent students. If you are an independent student, both the FAFSA and enrollment worksheet must be completed prior to receiving financial aid.
