Nicole Meadows is an assistant professor of hospitality and tourism at Baldwin Wallace University. Prior to joining BW she worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for over 20 years in nonprofits, resorts, country clubs, special event venues and corporations. Meadows has experience in hotel and resort management, theme park management, food and beverage management, event management, business development and sales. Most recently she worked in the Office of Resource Development for the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation and served as a lecturer for Cuyahoga Community College, where she taught courses in Hotel, Destination and Event Management. She has had the opportunity to work in various locations including Hershey, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Pinehurst, NC, and Dallas, TX but now calls Cleveland home.
Meadows has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University and the Schreyer Honors College and a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University where she had the opportunity to study international business in India. She has returned multiple times to WVU to judge the WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics MBA Venture Capital Fair and has previously been a judge for Ohio ProStart.
She holds her ServSafe Manager certification with the National Restaurant Association and previously served as a proctor for those obtaining the certification. Meadows also consults on large scale events for local nonprofits and was previously a certified Kansas City BBQ judge.
