In 2012, her expertise and passion for small businesses in the United States afforded her the opportunity to provide expert testimony before the House Energy and Commerce Committee. She is a retired registered nurse and a graduate of Western Michigan University. May earned her MBA in executive management from Baldwin Wallace University.
