Deborah May is a multi-dimensional executive with deep experience in entrepreneurial start-up companies with profitable, growth-driven strategies. She builds and mentors highly efficient teams to create and execute financial, operational and marketing strategies, driving value and impact to top- and bottom-line performance. She is committed to fostering a thinking organization and strongly believes successful executives have a duty to mentor, coach and create situations to help emerging small business owners succeed.

With over 20 years of experience growing an ecommerce business from a basement start-up to a multi-million-dollar company employing nearly 100 people in the State of Ohio, she is passionate about marketing and how it is successfully applied to real world situations. In 2012, her expertise and passion for small businesses in the United States afforded her the opportunity to provide expert testimony before the House Energy and Commerce Committee. She is a retired registered nurse and a graduate of Western Michigan University. May earned her MBA in executive management from Baldwin Wallace University.
