Tracy R. Grady (she/her), lecturer in voice for the BW Conservatory of Music and lecturer for the theatre and dance department, serves as the music theatre program coordinator, as well as the secondary voice coordinator.

She is the director and co-founder of the Cleveland Transgender Choir and has a specific interest in working with transgender voices. She has reviewed several book proposals for Plural Publishing, and has an article in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Voice Studies (JIVS).

A scholar of the German Romantic Era composer, Robert Schumann (1810-1856), Grady hosts a semesterly lecture-recital sharing her research of Schumann’s life and works.

She serves as the faculty advisor for both the music theatre student organization, Ars Nova, and the student organization, Women Empowered. She is frequently asked to be a clinician at area high schools’ competitions and workshops. Grady serves at the secretary-treasurer for the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). She frequently performs on campus with her esteemed voice colleagues, as well as the BW Men’s Chorus.
