Dr. Jessica L. Gallagher-Steuver [STY-ver], she/her/hers, is a lecturer of music education at Baldwin Wallace University's Conservatory of Music.

In addition to her work at BW, she currently serves as the artistic director of Windsong, Cleveland's Feminist Chorus; conductor of University Chorale at Case Western Reserve University; and as a private voice instructor. She is the founding editor-in-chief of the Journal of Queer Choral Studies: The Official Academic Publication of GALA Choruses.

An avid performer, Gallagher-Steuver regularly sings with local and regional ensembles, including the Evensong Chamber Choir at Church of the Saviour in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and SINGergy, a professional treble chorus comprised of vocalists throughout Ohio.
