Linda Chase

Dr. Linda Chase is a professor of business administration and teaches principles of accounting, managerial accounting, intermediate accounting, principles of auditing, principles of fraud examination and advanced accounting. Chase worked for both private industry and public accounting firms prior to joining BW as a full-time professor. She has extensive experience working with financial statement preparation and consolidation. Her last position involved helping with the computer transfer of Eaton’s financial data into their new Oracle computer system. She designed many of the financial reports that are used globally and trained Eaton employees on designing their own Oracle financial reports to meet their needs in collecting financial information. She earned a doctorate in education from Kent State University, a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Chase is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Ohio and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
