Welcome! My position entails oversight responsibility for supervision and coordination of the housing program at Baldwin Wallace University including the residence halls and apartment complexes. We have a very experienced group of staff members, who will help you get involved in the wide range of educational, cultural, recreational and social activities we offer in our residence halls. Originally from northeastern Wisconsin, my professional journey has provided employment and leadership opportunities in Iowa, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, prior to my arrival in Ohio. While living in Ohio, I have worked in Residence Life at Ashland University and Kent State University before coming to BW in 2005. Along with a residence life career that spans over twenty-nine year, My Master’s degree was completed at Iowa State University and I earned my Bachelor of Earth Science degree at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls.

Bob graduated from The College of Wooster in 1998 with a BA in Communication Studies and completed his MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000. He has been working full-time in Housing and Residence life at different colleges and universities since fall 2000. Bob started his career as a Hall Director at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and later moved to Lake Erie College to serve as the Director of Residence Life for five years. He has been working as the Assistant Director of Residence Life/Student Conduct at BW since July 2008. Bob has had additional experience working with Orientation, Athletics, First Year Experience and more. He was born and raised in the Cleveland area and is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan. Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and extended family. BW has been home to numerous members of his family and he is lucky to be a part of the campus community.
Kerry graduated from John Carroll University with a BA in English and completed her MA in College Student Personnel at Bowling Green State University. Kerry started her career as a Hall Director at Ashland University and then an Area Coordinator at John Carroll University. She then ventured to Savannah, Georgia and held positions as a Hall Director and then a Student Success Adviser at Savannah College of Art and Design. In her free time, Kerry enjoys cooking, reading, hiking and spending time with her daughter and husband.
Administrative Specialist/Office Manager
Kristi has been at Baldwin Wallace University since 2010 when she joined the campus community working in Dining Services. She joined the Residence Life staff in April of 2013. Prior to BW, Kristi worked as a helpdesk analyst and procurement specialist for Toshiba America Medical Systems in Tustin, California. Kristi is married and has three children, and although she was born and raised in southern California, her and her family have made their home in the Cleveland area for t he past 14 years. Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
