Leadership

Being a member of a fraternity or sorority provides numerous opportunities for leadership development.  Members not only have the opportunity to serve as officers and chairpersons within their own chapters, but also can become leaders for the entire fraternity and sorority community through the Interfraternity Council, Colliegate Panhellenic Council, GAMMA, and Order or Omega. You will also find Fraternity/Sorority members in leadership positions in many campus organizations and activities!

In addition, the Office of Greek Life provides several other leadership opportunities each year. These include:

Fraternal Leadership Society

The Fraternal Leadership Society is a collaboration between the Office of Greek Life and Student Leadership Programs. The program is designed to compliment the fraternal experience at Baldwin Wallace, by providing opportunities for the development of self-awareness, interdependence, civic engagement, and fraternal leadership.
