Favorite quote: "If you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you will be successful."- Eric Thomas

Biggest mistake as a first-year student? What did you learn? My biggest mistake as a first-year student was not getting involved on campus early. Once I got involved on campus, I was able to meet new people and make new, lasting friendships.

How did you choose your major? I chose my double major – economics and finance – by my passion for knowledge of money flow. I decided to put them together, because I have always been good at math.

What has been your best experience at BW? My best experience at BW has been the Black Student Alliance Award Show because it is proof that BW is accepting of diversity.

Favorite spot on campus? My favorite spot on campus is the student union as there is food, various games and a general hangout spot for students.

Best piece of advice given to you? "Stay focused and have fun, but remember you are in college to get an education."

One thing you want the incoming students to know as they get ready for their summer orientation experience? I want first year students to know that orientation is action packed and high energy, so be ready.
