Squeezed margins, changing markets, generating new growth — today’s complex business environment requires more than theory alone. It requires leaders with real-world vision, competitive foresight and management expertise.
Our executive MBA (EMBA) program melds our distinctive systems approach to business theory with practical application. Peer mentoring, group projects and a capstone consulting project with a Northeast Ohio company offer collaborative opportunities to apply professional skills and insights.
Prepare for Successful Leadership
More than a credential, our EMBA prepares you for leadership. You’ll learn to assess and manage financial, ethical and marketplace factors affecting your organization today and to maximize your ability to plan and execute strategies for success.
Learn From Experienced Peers
The EMBA was developed for executives with significant professional experience. While seven years are required, students average 15 or more years of work experience in a variety of industries and organizations. Their backgrounds broaden the perspectives of the group and enhance your business networks.
CEO for Practice
The highlight of the EMBA is the capstone consulting project. Small teams of students work on a year-long live project for a mid-size Northeast Ohio company. In the process of developing a complete strategic blueprint for their client, students exercise their management abilities and “practice” for a role in the C-suite.
