Flute Ensemble

Flute ensemble for students in grades 7-8 and 9-12.

Flute ensemble will emphasize a full resonant tone with attention to group skill-building in technique, rhythm and musicianship while practicing and performing “A Night at the Movies”.

Flute ensemble will be divided into two groups to study the music most efficiently with a common time for all students.  The common time (7:00 to 7:30 PM) will enable both groups to work together, combining students of various levels to work on skill building and ensemble playing.

Recital will include pieces of varying difficulty for both experienced players as well as students who are developing basic musicianship and technique.
