B.A., Baldwin Wallace University

My hometown: Cleveland, Ohio

What makes Baldwin Wallace University distinctive? The community and sense of belonging. The professors are so accommodating and dedicated to helping you succeed. There are numerous leadership opportunities on campus to help you gain invaluable skills to take with you as you start your career. BW prepares you for life inside and outside of the classroom.

What is the most interesting place I have visited? Venice, Italy or St. Petersburg, Russia.

Where would I still like to visit that I haven't already? Anywhere along the West Coast, Hawaii, Germany or Greece.

If I could meet any historical figure, who would I choose and why? Frida Kahlo, to learn more about the meaning and symbolism behind her art.

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland? I love the small town, cozy feel of Berea. Cleveland offers so much to explore and enjoy: delicious restaurants, museums, sports, the Metroparks and live music. In particular, I love Playhouse Square, the second largest theater district outside of New York City.

My message for students thinking about the value of college and BW: Choose where you feel most at home. Think about how you can grow both personally and professionally in college and how BW can support you along your journey. BW offers so many resources for our students. My time at BW helped shape me into the person I am today. College is a big commitment, so choose one that is dedicated to helping you.
