Where might you see me?

  • Ohio counties: Carroll, Columbiana, Mahoning, Stark, Trumbull, Tuscarawas
  • New York

My hometown: Berea, Ohio

What makes BW distinctive for me? The faculty, students and staff balance supporting students with pushing them to succeed. I left BW as a well-rounded student who had been challenged on campus and was fully prepared to enter the work force.

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland? The feeling of home I get from being in Berea and the endless possibilities of Cleveland.

Where would I still like to visit that I haven’t already? In Ohio, I would love to explore Hocking Hills and Marblehead State Park. Internationally, I have yet to visit Italy or Spain, which are both on my travel wish list.

What is my favorite movie? "Iron Man"

What am I currently reading in my spare time? The "Harry Potter" series

If I could meet any historical figure, who would it be and why? I would love to meet Alexander Hamilton to understand what he envisioned for our country and what he thinks of it today.

My message to prospective students thinking about the value of college and BW: BW supports students to become well-rounded people. The moment a student steps on campus, they are part of a community that wants them to succeed and grow. This support, along with student leadership opportunities, faculty advisors and experiential learning opportunities are just a few ways BW will help prepare you for whatever you have in mind for your future.
