What makes Baldwin Wallace distinctive for me? BW has a wide variety of co-curricular activities that provide a depth to your college experience. From being involved on campus to studying abroad, BW provides incredible opportunities to gain a practical education inside and outside of the classroom. BW has a strong community of students, faculty, staff and alumni who genuinely care for one another, which makes a BW education all the more meaningful.

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland? My favorite part about Berea is Coe Lake and the access to the Metroparks so close to campus – it makes for a great study break! I love the amount of local shops, museums and restaurants in the Cleveland area, most of which are typically a 20-minute drive from campus.

What is the most interesting place I have visited? Panajachel, Guatemala

Where would I still like to visit that I haven’t already? I would love to visit Greece!

If I could meet any historical figure, who would it be and why? John Muir – it would be interesting to hear firsthand about his advocacy work in preserving national parks.

My message to prospective students thinking about the value of college and BW: Earning a college degree is a huge stepping stone toward your future career. A BW education helps you become a more compassionate individual and deepens your capacity to think critically, all within a supportive community. The BW faculty and staff genuinely meet you where you are on your academic and personal journey, and provide you with opportunities that push you to become the best version of you. BW is a great place to continue and finish your college degree.
