OVERVIEW

Boost your career competencies and credentials through BW's organizational leadership, a versatile business major designed for non-traditional students.

Organizational leadership is offered to adults with work experience who are registered in BW's adult and continuing education program.

The rigorous program prepares you to manage and lead today's team-based organizations. It provides a multi-disciplinary approach to leadership issues through coursework in management, communication studies, organizational psychology, data and research analysis.

Well-respected among professionals, BW's business program prepares you for success. Faculty members are scholars and practitioners. You'll learn from professors with decades of corporate, government and nonprofit experience who share insights that are diverse and career relevant.

Designed to meet the needs of busy adults, BW's flexible course format makes it easy to balance work and family commitments. Many of the classes in the major are offered online, in a hybrid format or an eight-week minimester.

A2BW Benefits Transfer Students
If you've earned an associate degree from a regionally accredited college or university, you can apply these credits to a BA in organizational leadership. The A2BW Program (associate to bachelor's at BW) is a transfer agreement that gives you maximum credit from your associate degree and streamlines completion of your bachelor's degree at BW.

Baldwin Wallace University's School of Business will benefit from a $15 million gift from alumnus Stephen Boesel '68. The gift is slated for student scholarships, faculty support, learning opportunities and a renowned business speaker series.
