Aled Davies

Aled has performed in more than 100 Regional Theater Productions across the U.S. A Core Artist with Great Lakes Theater here in Cleveland and The Idaho Shakespeare Festival in Boise, he has also appeared for The Goodman Theater of Chicago, Hartford Stage, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Portland Center Stage, Intiman, Portland Stage Company, Delaware Theater Company, George Street Playhouse, Los Angeles Theater Center, The Acting Company, The Utah, Lake Tahoe, Milwaukee and Los Angeles Shakespeare Festivals, and The Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum. Roles played include: Scrooge ( 9 times for 3 different companies ); Oberon/ Theseus (6 times over a dozen years in the same remounted production); Prospero; Jaques; Claudius; Gloucester; Brutus; Julius Caesar; Friar Laurence; Capulet; Sir Andrew Undershaft; Deputy Governor Danforth; Senex; Dysart; and Lady Bracknell. He served as Head of Voice and Speech and an Acting Instructor for The Los Angeles County High School for the Arts Theater Department for 8 years, and was on Faculty for The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, and The Professional Acting Conservatory in Santa Ana, CA. Since 2007, Aled has lived with his most loved lady Sara and their 2 cats in Ohio City. He has been a proud and appreciative member of Actors’ Equity Association since 1984. GO BROWNS !!!
