Replacement or Duplicate Diplomas
Baldwin Wallace University issues one diploma to each graduate. As a graduate of the University, you may purchase a diploma to replace one that has been lost or damaged. You may also purchase a duplicate for your home and/or office. The replacement/duplicate diploma will be printed with the original diploma name, unless an official name change has been completed, and will bear the date the degree was awarded. The signatures of University officers may not be the same as those on the original diploma. Diplomas are reissued in the current format and bear the signatures of current University officers.
Baldwin Wallace has authorized Credentials, Inc. to provide secure replacement/duplicate diploma ordering online. You can order diplomas online 24/7 through this service using any major credit card with a cost of $15.00 per request and a processing time of approximately 10 business days (slower during peak periods). All financial obligations to Baldwin Wallace University must be satisfied before a diploma can be released.

BW Alumni can request a replacement/duplicate diploma online anytime and from virtually anywhere through Credentials, Inc. Credentials, Inc. will provide instructions for placing the order, including fees. Credentials, Inc. is the vendor Baldwin Wallace University contracts with to provide diplomas through an encrypted and secure service. Payment must be made by debit or credit card.
In order to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), all diploma orders require a signed Authorization Form which allows Baldwin Wallace University to release your diploma. No orders will be processed until the Authorization Form has been received by Credentials. Authorization methods include mail, fax, upload and e-signature. If you require a notarized diploma, please note this in the comments section.

Q: Do I have to order two diplomas to get my BW undergraduate and BW graduate records sent?
A: Yes, place separate orders for your undergraduate and graduate diplomas. The cost is $15.00 per order (per diploma).
Q: Can you guarantee when I will get my diploma?
A: All orders take a minimum of 10 business days to process (slower during peak periods).
Q: Will you let me know if there is a problem in processing my request?
A: If you ordered your diploma online, you will receive notification by e-mail if there are any problems with your order.
Q: What if my diploma has a "financial hold" on it?
A: If your diploma has a financial hold, then a diploma will not be issued until the financial hold is removed. The financial hold resolution roadmap can help you resolve your outstanding student balance so your diploma can be issued.
Q: Will you issue my diploma then bill me?
A: The diploma payment must accompany the diploma request. When the payment is received, the diploma will be produced. If you make payment via the web, then your credit card will be billed after the diploma is processed.
Q: Can I have my diploma faxed to myself or someone else?
A: No. We do not fax diplomas.
