School Partnership Program

As a teacher in the school partnership program, you'll experience big savings – both in tuition and in steps to complete the admission process!

Baldwin Wallace University has formed partnerships with more than 80 area school districts to offer teachers in these districts special enrollment benefits. These benefits are available to Ohio-licensed teachers, substitute teachers and administrators who work full time in a partner school district.

If you would like to learn more about how your school may become a partner in the school partnership program, contact Dr. Susan Finelli-Genovese at sfinelli@bw.edu or (440) 826-8064.

BENEFITS FOR TEACHERS

  • Tuition discounts for MAEd degrees, as well as graduate courses leading to licensure and endorsement programs, making costs comparable to those at state institutions.
  • Simplified application process:
    • No application fee
    • We'll accept transcripts directly from your board office. Once you apply for admission, the BW admission office will contact your school district for copies of your transcripts.
    • As a school partnership teacher, you only need one recommendation. Normally MAEd programs require two recommendations.
  • Classes offered on campus, online and in participating partnership schools.
  • Enroll as part of a cohort or individually, at your own pace.
