Julie A. Miller, associate professor, Communication Arts & Sciences department, joined Baldwin Wallace University in 2009. Currently the director of the Public Relations program, she brings 20 plus years experience in healthcare public relations, marketing, and sales management to the classroom.
Miller was a certified sales trainer and Health & Human Service "Medal of Honor" award winner. Miller is also an accredited (APR) member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and qualified in Myers-Briggs and Majors personality assessment tools with certificates in DiSC, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Modes Instrument/conflict styles assessment and FIRO-B/workplace behavior assessments.
Miller has a bachelor of arts in Business & Organizational Communication and a master of arts in Higher Education Administration both from The University of Akron where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Curricular & Instructional Design.
