PlayhouseSquare

As the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Marketing at PlayhouseSquare, Autumn, who joined the organization in 2003, is responsible for managing the institutional and brand marketing and communications needs, as well as online, sales and ticket operations functions for PlayhouseSquare, the largest performing arts center outside of New York City.  She oversees the departments of marketing, publicity, communications, digital and social media marketing, subscription services, group sales, telesales and the ticket office, as well as all marketing and communications for the theater district and the organization's area development interests. Ultimately, her staff is responsible for the marketing, PR and sales of over 800 curtains annually and for servicing 19,000 subscribers, one of the largest bases in the industry. 
 
Prior to PlayhouseSquare, she spent 15 years with the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, where her responsibilities included brand development and implementation of marketing plans for season and single ticket sales for both the Cavaliers and WNBA Rockers, as well as a special events, family shows and concerts. 
 
She is a member of the Greater Cleveland Marketing Alliance Council of Regional Marketers, the Greater Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau {Positively Cleveland} Arts and Culture Steering Committee and is a former Chair of the Performing Arts Center Marketing Consortium.
