Tina’s attest and consulting services span a diversified client base of manufacturing, service, distribution, healthcare, real estate and not-for-profit entities. On a daily basis, she assists clients with the recording of accounting transactions relating to many financial statement areas, such as revenue recognition, non-monetary transactions, software development costs, stock options, business combinations, lease accounting and not-for-profit specific areas. One of Tina’s strong suits is helping clients examine their accounting processes in order to improve their internal control structure. This includes assessing financial reporting processes, obtaining management reports and generally identifying areas in which clients can mitigate risks. Tina also assists with due diligence projects.
Not-for-profit is another key technical focus area for Tina. She works closely with nonprofit organizations on their various attest needs, including OMB Circular A-133 audits. Due to her significant expertise in nonprofit auditing, Tina is integral to internal not-for-profit training for the firm.
