Chad Cook possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in such transformational, organizational change initiatives as globalization, strategic planning, business restructuring, lean manufacturing, innovation, and mergers & acquisitions.

Having worked as both a corporate executive in two Fortune 100 companies and as a business owner himself, Chad has a unique perspective on the challenges of behavioral and organizational change. A master of global leadership development, Chad specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations accelerate critical business outcomes and achieve consistently profitable results.

For thirty-five years, Chad has led individual and organizational development change initiatives designed to support the achievement of personal and business goals in China, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Bright Side, and in the position of Director, Human Resource Development at Rubbermaid, Chad coached and guided the Organization to recognized excellence through a business team matrix design, global leadership college, and innovation processes as was recognized when Rubbermaid was identified by Fortune Magazine as one of the world's most admired companies.

Chad has strategically guided over 50 C-level executives to lead in ways that have led to their organizations' capacity to out-perform the competition.

Chad earned an Executive Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Management Systems from Baldwin Wallace University. His undergraduate degree in Psychology comes from Thiel College. Additional Master's level coursework in international management and finance at Baldwin Wallace University rounds out his academic qualifications.

As an adjunct professor at the Kent State University Executive Master's and Baldwin Wallace University Master's Programs, Chad has taught Organizational Analysis & Design, Human Resource Management, Executive Leadership, and Career Management coursework.
