Prior to joining Bright Side, and in the position of Director, Human Resource Development at Rubbermaid, Chad coached and guided the Organization to recognized excellence through a business team matrix design, global leadership college, and innovation processes as was recognized when Rubbermaid was identified by Fortune Magazine as one of the world's most admired companies.
Chad has strategically guided over 50 C-level executives to lead in ways that have led to their organizations' capacity to out-perform the competition.
Chad earned an Executive Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Management Systems from Baldwin Wallace University. His undergraduate degree in Psychology comes from Thiel College.
