Jill Voigt

Jill Voigt, CFA, has over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry, as well as prior experience in teaching finance at the college level.  Her extensive work experience includes serving as the regional managing partner of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP where she specialized in valuing businesses, their securities and their intellectual property.  Her clients included some of the largest publicly traded companies in the region and she was involved in many of the largest regional transactions. During her career, she has also had significant experience interacting with both the SEC and the PCAOB.  Prior to her experience at Deloitte, Ms. Voigt was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP where she was a member of the leadership team for EY’s global financial advisory services practice.

Ms. Voigt earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, her Masters of Education from Cleveland State University and her Masters of Science, Finance from Northern Illinois University.

Currently, Ms. Voigt is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Cleveland Society of Securities Analysts. She is actively involved in several local charities and has served on the board of several foundations.

Ms. Voigt will be teaching a newly developed topical seminar at Baldwin Wallace University on Business Valuation.
