Darryl Mika

Darryl Mika (percussion private lesson teacher) has been teaching percussion for over 30 years.  He performs as a free-lance percussionist throughout the Northeast Ohio area.  While in the military, he was a member of the U.S.M.C.'s Commandant's Own Drum & Bugle Corps.  Mr. Mika has previously taught at the Rainey Institute and with a number of drum and bugle corps.  Mr. Mika is the percussion adviser for the Baldwin Wallace University Marching Yellow Jackets.  He received his Bachelors in Music Education from Baldwin Wallace University.  His current interests include competing in triathlons, marathons and century bike rides.
