Norm Matusek has extensive industry experience in supply chain management with a focus on advanced practices in global sourcing, international and domestic distribution and logistics management, import/export compliance, business management strategy and international business operations. He has a distinctive competence in utilizing management information systems to solve and implement complex business opportunities and challenges.  

He has worked in and consulted for major Fortune 500 companies such as STERIS Corporation, Noveon Inc., The BFGoodrich Company, Davy-McKee, McCormick & Company and American Trading and Production. His worked has spanned industries including medical devices, manufacturing, chemicals, engineering and construction, food processing and energy products and services.    

Matusek has traveled extensively to over 30 countries including China, India, Korea, Mexico, Canada, Western and Southern Europe, Scandinavia and Central and Eastern Europe. He possesses a true global network of business development contacts, sources of supply, and distribution/logistics capabilities in all of these regions. He has also developed and implemented green-field manufacturing operations and joint ventures in North America, Asia and Western Europe.   

He is a member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), the Association for Operations Management (APICS) and the Council on Logistics Management, and he has presented as a featured speaker at numerous annual meetings and conferences. He is also a former co-chairman of the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council of Distribution Management.  

Matusek is an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace University in the School of Business teaching operations modeling in the MBA program. Matusek also attended Baldwin-Wallace College where he earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts.
