Rob Kollin is lecturer at the Baldwin Wallace University School of Business. He has also taught at Kent State University, in both the College of Public Health and the College of Business Administration.

Kollin worked for 14 years at AT&T, holding various leadership roles and ushering in new products such as U-verse TV and the modern smartphone. AT&T named him one of the Top Managers in the Midwest in 2010. He has also worked in specialty sales at Century Cycles. Most recently, Kollin transitioned to Medical Mutual, where he is a manager leading the ancillary products operations team that supports the Medical Mutual flexible savings account, health saving account and health reimbursement account products. His professional background allows him to bring course material to life by sharing real-world experiences and examples.

Kollin holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University (then Baldwin-Wallace College). He holds both a Master of Science in positive organization development and change and a Master of Science in management-healthcare from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Tiffin University.
