Dr. Jennifer Johnson is medical, surgical and intensive care step-down faculty member and nursing skills lab coordinator in the Baldwin Wallace University accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.

Johnson's clinical expertise spans medical surgical, hospice, community health and congestive-heart failure nursing in a variety of hospitals in Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. She previously served as a clinical instructor for Grand Valley State University before coming to Baldwin Wallace.

She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, Nursing Honor Society; National League for Nurses; and Northeast Ohio Consortium of Nursing Learning Labs.

Johnson earned a doctor of nursing practice (D.N.P.) from Walsh University. Her doctoral focus was on the identification of barriers to use of a sepsis protocol.
