Dr. Clayton Dusek is a professor in the School of Education and also serves as an informal advisor to students who are pursuing licensure in the adolescent/young adult (AYA) and multi-age fields.  He earned a doctorate in school administration from The Ohio State University in 1982. He joined the faculty at Baldwin Wallace after a successful career in public education. He taught physics and math at Fairborn Baker High School, served as junior high principal and superintendent in Mount Gilead, Ohio and was superintendent of both the Athens City Schools and the Avon Lake City Schools.  He teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses and continually seeks ways to remain current and active in the educational profession.
